Job Summary: The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing all purchase activities, vendor coordination, material procurement, and ensuring timely supply of materials to project sites. The candidate must have strong knowledge of technical items used at sites (civil, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, etc.) and must coordinate closely with site engineers for requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collect purchase requirements from project sites and understand technical specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely approval.
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to site.
• Maintain proper documentation: quotations, PO, GRN, delivery challans, invoices.
• Compare rates, prepare cost sheets, and ensure best pricing.
• Coordinate with site engineers to understand material quality, quantity, and technical needs.
• Resolve any issues related to delayed supplies, quality discrepancies, or billing.
• Track material consumption and maintain stock records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Purchase Executive.
• Strong knowledge of site materials (civil/electrical/mechanical).
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings/specifications (optional but preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Emails, and Purchase documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Education: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate (Any discipline with technical understanding preferred).
